Last week I did a blog post about getting your dining room ready to entertain for the holidays so today I wanted to follow up and talk about your table space. I absolutely love decorating a table to set the tone for your holiday festivities. When buying plates I love to create a layered look for the table. I use my neutral brown chargers and white dinner plates in all my table settings and to change it up without having to buy all new plates I add my flair in the salad plates. Here I have a playful animal theme going on but these are the plates that I change out depending on the holiday or type of dinner I am hosting. I have linked these plates as well as some other fun holiday change outs. For the greenery I went my a local flower shop and grabbed flowers that I know dry out beautifully so that I get multiple uses out of them.
